Orders:
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement. We will approve your order once payment has been accepted.
Once the order has been approved and if the item is in stock, you will no longer be able to amend it.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
On occasions we may need to refuse or cancel your order if there is an anomality, if you believe this has been done incorrectly then please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist.

Delivery, Product Descriptions and Prices:
Our prices are correct as per our website currently, however there is always a possibility that an item may be incorrectly priced/described from time to time, therefore once this has been noted, Marathon Ltd will contact you directly to give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.
All prices include TAX where applicable.
